Our air conditioning was turning on and off in rapid succession but not cooling the house. I called the company that installed the unit less than 9 years ago. That company came out, changed a part and told me they got it running, but that the coils also needed to be changed which would have cost me $2500! The very next day, our ac was doing the same thing. I called JJR and they came out to inspect the unit. Josh was excellent to work with. He gave his honest opinion and presented me with options. Within 30 minutes, he had my ac ice cold again. He knows what he's talking about and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him again in the future. So happy to have found a local, reliable, honest company to do business with. Update: I had furnace issues and called JJR for service because I was so pleased with them the first time. Once again, I give them 5 stars. They were at my house within 2 hours of me calling and quickly diagnosed the issue. Thankfully it was my thermostat and not my actual furnace. I was only charged for the service call. Thank you again for being an honest company and putting your customers' best interest first. You guys are the best!
