As a new home owner, I was worried about the worst case scenarios. I called a couple places & they would be torn between HVAC or plumbing, directing me to different services. With this service, I was quoted 8am-10am. When the water leak stopped overnight, I called to explain the update as I was not sure if it would be worth having someone come out. The person on the phone went through the scenarios of what the issue was most likely to be & why other scenarios were not as likely. I continued with the free diagnostic. The tech came out promptly at 8am, found the issue immediately, and resolved it within 45minutes. The service fee was not really discussed, so if you are fairly handy, I would just make sure you receive the quote first to determine if the full service is needed. That though does not lessen my recommendation for this company because they were efficient, prompt, and customer oriented as they took the time to speak with me over the issue versus just assigning someone to complete the job. Thank you!
